My career spans JPMorgan Chase (Executive Director), Accenture (Strategy Manager), PwC/Strategy& (Senior Manager), and Deloitte — advising Fortune 100 C-suites on transformation, digital strategy, and now AI.

I founded AgentLayer because I kept seeing the same pattern: enterprises spending millions on AI pilots that never reached production. The missing piece wasn't the technology — it was the architecture, governance, and operational blueprint.
