My work now focuses on a problem I saw repeat across every major engagement: enterprises invest heavily in AI, get compelling analysis, and then stall. Not because the models fail — but because no one owns the outcome. There is no operating layer connecting AI systems to real business decisions.

I'm also a published researcher and author. My paper "AI Is Capital, Not Software" argues for a first-principles economic framework for AI investment governance, and my work on consulting transformation has been accepted for publication in California Management Review (UC Berkeley Haas).
